3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information for ITR, GST, Company Registration. False data may lead to legal penalties under Income Tax Act & GST Act.

4. Payment & Refund

All software subscriptions are prepaid. Refunds processed within 7 working days only if service not activated. CA service fees non-refundable once filing initiated.

5. Limitation of Liability

Zomxon is not liable for penalties due to incorrect data provided by client, server downtime, or third-party API failures.
